Your Role At A Glance:

As an Accounting Assistant, your primary duties will be to assist with day-to-day general bookkeeping and data entry by preparing payments and monthly electronic funds transfers, entering invoices, and reconciling trust accounts, credit cards, and monthly billings. We will provide comprehensive training to facilitate your transition into your new role and ensure you understand our industry regulations and procedures correctly. Additionally, you will assist with various aspects of the monthly and yearly audit processes.

Do You See Yourself In Our World?: The right candidate must balance their schedules and tasks, often working under tight deadlines.



A college degree or equivalent bookkeeping experience is necessary for this role, as you will work closely with our Lead Bookkeeper. You will be privy to sensitive information, so maintaining confidentiality is paramount.

Having strong attention to detail and taking meticulous notes are prerequisites in our fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. As you will be using these tools daily, we require you to have a working knowledge of computers and software in this role (including Sage, Word and Excel). Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
