Mission I am looking for an accounting technician for a construction company in Laval. Maintaining the books and performing routine accounting entries; -Managing accounts payable, from verifying invoices to preparing payments; - Handle invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and assist with collections; - Record and reconcile deposits and participate in accounting reconciliations; - Assist with inventory tracking and government rebates; - Prepare the documents required for external audits; -Handle follow-ups related to the CCQ, contract terminations, and release forms; -Help improve processes and internal controls; -Collaborate with the finance department and various teams within the company; Hold a DEC or DEP in accounting, or equivalent training; -In office gym and parking; -A dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy and close collaboration with the finance director.
