AgTech Breakthrough – Smart Irrigation Company & Pest Management Solution of the Year The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the month end processing and consolidating reporting of the organization. Review the trial balance and supporting financial information to assess completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness.

Support Financial

Controller in preparation and review of financial statements, management reports and supporting analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Coordinate and support the monthly and year-end close processes to ensure accurate, timely, and productive completion. Prepare and review journals, reconciliations, analytics, schedules, and working papers supporting financial results.

Monitor close deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and work with cross-functional Finance teams to resolve issues and maintain reporting timelines.

Financial Analysis: Preparation and review of month-end and year-end working papers, including Balance Sheet reconciliation reconciliation reports and functional/departmental analysis reports.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance:



Coordinate the year-end audit effort, including close collaboration with external auditors, and assist with the production of year end statutory accounts. Review and maintain Transfer Pricing policies.

Accounting Team Support & Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to accounting team members, including assistance with complex reconciliations, accounting issues, and financial reporting requirements. Identify accounting issues and improvements as they occur and recommend solutions including automation and integration of business tools and documentation of policies and procedures. 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience with companies with multiple subsidiaries in different jurisdictions ~ Experience leading and managing the month end process and preparing financial reports ~ A resilient, flexible, solution oriented approach to addressing areas of improvement, likes digging into issues and enjoys taking leadership in addressing problems ~ Outstanding work ethic with strong commitment to quality and delivering on time ~ Public practice experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Experience improvement productivity through automation and tool implementation Experience of identifying and implementing improvements that drive efficiencies and business performance This is a temporary, full-time role covering a leave of absence through November 2027.
