Manage the full accounts payable cycle, maintain vendor relationships, and provide key administrative support. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate processing, coding, and record-keeping to maintain effective business operations.

Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential to resolve any invoicing issues and keep accounts current. Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts

- Enter and upload invoices into accounting systems
- Ensure correct general ledger coding for payments
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
