About Woodland Capital

Woodland Capital is a Montreal-based real estate investment firm managing apartment buildings across Quebec and Ontario. We buy and reposition multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality and commercial properties, and we are growing fast. We need people who can open doors with property owners.

The Role

As an Acquisitions Outreach Associate, you will be the first voice property owners hear from Woodland. Your job is to call owners, start real conversations and build long-term relationships that turn into acquisitions. Most of your day is on the phone, working through our owner database and new lead lists, following up consistently and passing qualified opportunities to our acquisitions team.

What You Will Do

- Call property owners from our database and new lead lists to gauge their interest in selling
- Follow up on past conversations and stay in touch with owners over months and years, not just one call
- Build trust by explaining who we are, what we buy and how we close
- Qualify opportunities (property details, owner situation, timing, price expectations) and hand warm leads to the acquisitions team
- Log every call, note and next step in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Research owners and properties to find recent leads




- Hit weekly targets for calls, conversations and qualified opportunities

What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
- 1+ year in sales, cold calling, business development or real estate (brokerage, leasing, mortgage, etc.)
- Comfortable on the phone all day and unfazed by hearing no
- Warm, persistent and organized, with strong follow-up habits
- Self-motivated and able to work independently against targets
- CRM experience is a plus (HubSpot preferred)
- Interest in real estate and how deals get done

What We Offer
- Base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 plus performance bonuses tied to qualified leads and closed acquisitions
- Full-time, in person at our Montreal office
- Direct exposure to deal-making alongside the founder and acquisitions team
- Room to grow into an acquisitions role as the company scales
