We are hiring a Chiropractor to join our clinical team and support our growing patient base. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who wants autonomy, flexibility, and a professional environment that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Candidate we are looking for

Clinical Assessment & Treatment

- Conduct thorough assessments, including history-taking and TCM-based evaluation
- Perform acupuncture treatments with precision, safety, and clinical intention
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals

Patient Education & Communication
- Educate patients on lifestyle, home care, and holistic health strategies
- Communicate treatment plans and progress in a clear,



patient-centered manner

Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate/vigilant clinical documentation, including charting, SOAP notes, and outcome tracking

Collaboration & Continuity of Care
- Collaborate with RMTs, chiropractors, and other multidisciplinary practitioners to support integrated care

Career development & Standards
- Stay current with research, evolving techniques, and developments in TCM and integrative care
- Uphold the standards of the CTCMPAO Code of Ethics and maintain appropriate professional boundaries

Credentials
- Registered and in good standing with the CTCMPAO
- Compassionate, grounded, and confident in clinical decision-making

Clinical Skills & Patient Care
- Skilled in acupuncture needling, assessment, and patient communication
- Committed to delivering thoughtful, individualized patient care

New grads welcome. Experience is valued — but mindset matters a lot for us. Not Required, But Awesome if You Have
- Cupping, Guasha or Tui na
- Cosmetic acupuncture Pain + stress-focused treatment

Competitive contractor compensation — structured to support financial growthPay discussed at the interview based on experience and caseload development. Flexible scheduling available — weekdays, evenings, weekends.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
