We are seeking an Advisor, Selection and Management of External Consultants within the Product Development Centre of Expertise. Reporting to the Manager of Support Services, you will play a key role in the planning, recruitment, and operational management of consultants supporting our engineering teams. Administer the full accounting cycle (purchase orders, invoice processing, client recharges, etc.).

Build strong collaborative relationships with our business partners, engineering team managers, and various related departments such as HR and Procurement. Collaborate with product development teams and business units to track and plan resources according to organizational needs. Develop and maintain effective tracking tools and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Propose process improvement and optimization ideas, analyze their impact, and implement selected solutions.
