We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and motivated Aesthetician to join our growing team. If you're enthusiastic about skincare, enjoy working with people, have a sales-oriented mindset, and are eager to grow in the medical aesthetics industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications & Requirements

- Recognized aesthetician diploma or certification is required.
- Previous experience in aesthetics is an asset but not required.
- Basic knowledge of laser treatments and medical aesthetics is a bonus.
- Eager to learn new treatments, technologies, and skincare products.
- Quick learner who is efficient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the confidence to recommend treatments, packages, and skincare products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willingness to take initiative and assist with various clinic responsibilities.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client care.
- Must be available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities





- Perform aesthetic treatments within your qualifications and training.
- Assist with client consultations and provide personalized treatment and skincare recommendations.
- Educate clients about available treatments, skincare products, and aftercare.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
- Actively promote suitable treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and follow clinic hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, client records, and daily clinic operations as needed.
- Collaborate with our medical practitioners and aesthetic team to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We Offer

- Competitive hourly pay of $20–$24, depending on qualifications and experience.
