Build production-grade Agentic AI systems, not proofs of concept.

We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions that solve real business problems. This is a software engineering role focused on creating production-ready agentic systems using context, memory, guardrails, tool calling, orchestration, and AI-driven development workflows. NOTE: this is a not ML Engineer or Data Scientist

What You'll Do

- Design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and AI-powered applications.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python (and ideally Go or Rust).
- Architect systems that integrate with multiple internal services while optimizing performance and latency.
- Leverage agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Copilot to accelerate development.
- Guide, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs, ensuring reliability, security,



and production readiness.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive AI adoption across the SDLC.

What We're Looking For ✅ 7+ years of software engineering experience

✅ 3-5+ years building and deploying AI solutions in production environments

✅ Strong Python development experience

✅ Experience building Agentic AI systems and enterprise-scale GenAI solutions

✅ Solid system design and software architecture skills

✅ Proven track record delivering highly available, production-grade applications

✅ Daily user of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex

Nice to Have

- Go or Rust development experience
- Experience modernizing SDLC processes with AI agents
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, MCP, or agent orchestration frameworks
- Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
