We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI & Automation Lead to spearhead the development and execution of AI-enabled automation initiatives across enterprise IT service operations. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation by owning the automation roadmap, managing use-case prioritization, and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French, with over a decade of relevant experience, and possess a strong strategic vision combined with hands-on leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the enterprise automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the automation roadmap, including identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements in IT service operations.
- Prioritize use-case backlog to ensure impactful automation projects are executed efficiently.
- Lead the adoption of Virtual Agents and enhance self-service capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment of Agent Assist tools to support service agents with real-time AI assistance.
- Drive proactive remediation initiatives to prevent issues before they impact operations.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of automation solutions,
continuously refining approaches for optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing workflows and systems.
- Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI, automation, or related fields within enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale automation projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, virtual agents, self-service platforms, and proactive remediation strategies.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory for effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
