Position Description:

The AI Governance & Delivery Lead defines and operationalizes the AI delivery model for the program, ensuring that AI is applied consistently, safely, and effectively across the software development lifecycle. The focus is on practical delivery value rather than theoretical experimentation.

This role establishes BMAD standards, governance checkpoints, metrics, and Responsible AI guardrails while enabling delivery teams to adopt AI in a practical, measurable way.

This role is part of an AI-first software engineering organization where Artificial Intelligence is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience leveraging AI to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes using up-to-date AI-assisted development practices.
