Role Overview

We are seeking a Hands-on AI Solutions Architect with strong experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and enterprise-scale AI deployments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, drive solution architecture, and lead the implementation of production-ready AI solutions.

The candidate should have practical experience designing, building, and deploying AI applications, along with a strong understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms, and contemporary AI frameworks.

Experience addressing real-world production challenges such as scalability, evaluation, monitoring, and hallucination mitigation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.

 Architect and optimize RAG, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.

 Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices.





 Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

 Lead the deployment of AI solutions into production environments and address operational challenges.

 Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance across AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

 Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI frameworks.

 Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

 Knowledge of Graph RAG, Neo4j, vector search, and hybrid retrieval approaches.

 Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar orchestration frameworks.

 Strong background in data engineering and analytics platforms.

 Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.

 Exposure to CI/CD, production deployments, monitoring, and AI evaluation frameworks.
