About COHOST LTD

COHOST LTD operates in the short-term rental and hospitality sector, helping property owners and hosts develop and manage professional, guest-ready listings. As we expand our property-owner network, we are looking for proactive, confident and relationship-focused Co-Listing Agents to join our remote team.

About the Role

As a Co-Listing Agent, you will help identify potential property owners and hosts, initiate professional conversations, understand their hosting needs, and connect suitable prospects with the COHOST LTD listing management team. This is a remote role with a base monthly payment plus performance-based commission.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential property owners and short-term rental hosts.

- Initiate professional and personalized conversations with prospective clients.
- Understand prospects' property, hosting and business needs..
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and follow-ups.
- Manage your lead pipeline using spreadsheets, CRM tools or other approved systems.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Assist with listing information, descriptions and documentation where required.
- Participate in client discussions or meetings when requested.
- Represent COHOST LTD professionally and accurately in all communications.

Requirements

* An active Airbnb account with identity verification completed in your own name.




- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up, organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable conducting online research.
- Ability to use spreadsheets, CRM systems and other online tools.
- Professional, trustworthy and customer-focused approach.
- A laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.

Experience

Previous experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, real estate, sales, business development, lead generation, customer service or virtual assistance is an advantage. However, previous Co-Listing or property-management experience is not required.

Training and guidance will be provided.

Compensation

Base Pay: £1,000–£2,200 per month, depending on engagement level and agreed working arrangement, plus performance-based commission. The commission component is linked to individual performance and qualifying results.
