CHANEL is seeking an Alterations Lead to oversee the boutique Atelier, ensuring precise, elevated fittings and adherence to tailoring standards. You will develop the tailoring team, coordinate Atelier operations, and manage workload to support an exceptional client experience.

The role requires robust sewing expertise, 6-7 years in luxury tailoring, and proven leadership. Fluency in English and comfort with digital reporting are essential.
