Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment used for decorating apparel, such as heat presses, embroidery machines, or screen printing tools
- Prepare garments by organizing and inspecting materials before decoration processes begin
- Apply designs accurately using various decoration techniques, ensuring precision and consistency across all products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed before packaging
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times during production activities
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Valuable manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components and operating machinery
- Willingness to learn new techniques related to apparel decoration and production processes
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Reliable attendance and a proactive attitude towards teamwork and task completion
Pay: $17.95-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 – 50.0 per week
