Responsibilities

- Diagnose appliance malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems when applicable
- Disassemble and reassemble appliances with precision, ensuring all parts are correctly installed and functioning
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics to identify root causes of issues
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience




- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings
- Stay updated on new appliance technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training

Experience

- Proven electrical experience with troubleshooting electrical systems in appliances or HVAC units
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair or related fields
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes
- Customer service background demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience assembling appliances or components accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
