We are looking for Application/Production Support Engineer (Salesforce) to Provide production support for a portfolio of Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications (Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, etc.), ensuring stability, automation, and productive release management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for front office users across global platforms

- Manage incident, problem, and change (ITIL) processes

- Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors

- Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD)

- Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination

- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing

- Partner with business, technology, and compliance teams

- Participate in on-call / weekend release rotation

Experience Required

- 7 to 12 years of experience in Application/Production Support

- Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms strongly preferred
