Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment and support vehicles.

- Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic, electrical, powertrain, engine, and mechanical systems.

- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and efficiently.

- Support unscheduled repairs to minimize equipment downtime.

- Maintain a clean and protected work environment.

- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

- Work collaboratively with supervisors, operators, and fellow technicians.

Qualifications

- Registered 3rd or 4th Year Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Apprentice.

- Previous experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.





- Ability to read and interpret service manuals and technical documentation.

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset).

- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing:

- Nitrogen pumping units

- Nitrogen conversion units

- Coiled tubing support equipment

- Pressure pumping equipment

- Oilfield service rigs and rig support equipment

- Diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical controls

- Heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and ancillary oilfield equipment
