Greg Vann Nissan is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Service Department. We are hiring for two positions and are open to candidates at different stages of their automotive careers:

Apprentice Technician – For someone with automotive education or experience who is looking to develop their skills and progress through their apprenticeship.

Lube Technician – For someone who is new to the automotive industry or has limited experience and is looking to learn the trade and build a career in automotive service.

We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Whether you're just getting started or already working toward becoming a licensed technician, this is an opportunity to grow with a professional dealership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and service.
- Oil and filter changes.
- Tire changes, rotations, and balancing.
- Brake inspections and basic brake service.
- Vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Assist with more advanced repairs under the direction of experienced technicians.
- Learn and follow proper repair and maintenance procedures.
- Use automotive tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all dealership and workplace safety procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and develop knowledge of new automotive technology and repair procedures.
- Provide quality workmanship and take pride in every job completed.

QualificationsApprentice Technician
- Previous automotive experience or completion of an automotive technician program is preferred.
- Currently enrolled in or interested in pursuing an automotive apprenticeship.




- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop diagnostic and repair skills.
- Ability to take direction and work effectively with experienced technicians.

Lube Technician
- Previous automotive experience is an asset but not required.
- Automotive education, co-op, or hands-on experience is an asset.
- Willingness to learn basic automotive maintenance and repair.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

All Candidates
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
