Role Overview

Selected professionals will contribute subject-matter expertise to a project involving state-of-the-art large language models. The work involves creating high-quality data to inform the future of AI by developing challenging, domain-specific problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute subject-matter expertise to an AI model training project.
- Develop difficult, high-quality problems within your area of specialization.
- Help create data that supports the advancement of large language models.

Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in one of the following domains: Medicine / Healthcare, Statistics and Data Science, AI / ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.





Location Open to candidates in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Screening Process

- A short interview and task of approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Up to one hour of onboarding time, including the screening and onboarding videos, is paid if hired.

Compensation and Engagement Terms

- Rate: $55-$80 per hour.
- Fully remote, adaptable schedule.
- Engagement as an independent contractor.
- Payments issued weekly via Stripe or Wise, based on services rendered.

- Project duration may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on business needs and performance.
- Sponsorship for H-1B or STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
