About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Assembly Line Lead to guide their assembly team in East London . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of products, leading a team of assembly workers, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role essential for our manufacturing success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of assembly line workers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow.
- Train recent team members on assembly procedures and safety protocols .
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure adherence to housekeeping standards.
- Report production data, issues,



and team performance to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an Assembly Line Lead or in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality control measures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
