- Direct day-to-day clinical operations of the ACT Team
- Oversee staff recruitment,
orientation, and performance supervision
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
- Conduct quality-assurance activities on program services
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency supervision
Requirements:
- BSW, MSW, or nursing registration
- Experience in human services and management
- Strong knowledge of mental health issues
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Valid Driver’s Licence and Criminal Records Check
