Position Details

Salary: $39.00/hour

Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Work Location: In office

Start Date: As soon as possible

Schedule may include: Early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, shifts, on-call, overtime, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Language: English

Required Certificates

First Aid Certificate

CPR Certificate

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations

Recruit, hire, supervise, and train staff

Conduct employee performance reviews

Establish staff work schedules

Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies

Negotiate with clients regarding the use of hotel facilities

Perform front desk duties when required

Prepare and implement marketing plans and activities

Arrange and oversee maintenance activities

Enforce company policies and operational procedures

Address customer complaints and concerns

Assist guests with special needs

Develop and implement business plans

Manage events





Organize and maintain inventory

Work Environment
