As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to support membership growth, personal training growth, member experience, daily club operations, and the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the Member Experience: Create a warm, welcoming environment where members and guests feel recognized, valued,



and supported
- Sales & Outreach: Connect with prospective members through phone, text, email, and in-person follow-up while helping the club achieve membership and personal training sales goals
- Lead Management: Respond to new leads promptly, conduct club tours, follow up consistently, and help prospective members find the right membership solution
- Personal Training Growth: Help identify opportunities to connect members with personal training, support PT lead generation and follow-up, and contribute to the growth of the club's coaching program
- Support Club Operations: Work alongside the General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and club standards are consistently maintained
- Member Relations: Build strong relationships with members, assist with questions and concerns, and contribute to a positive club community
- Social Presence: Assist with creating engaging social media content that showcases the club, its members, trainers, and the Anytime Fitness community
- Facility Excellence: Help maintain a clean, organized, professional environment that members are proud to be part of
- Team Support: Help create a positive, accountable team culture and provide leadership and support when the General Manager is unavailable
- Community Engagement: Support local promotions, events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives that build awareness of the club

What We're Looking For
- Customer service, hospitality, retail,



sales, fitness, or guest relations experience
- Sales or customer outreach experience is considered a strong asset
- Personal training experience or a recognized Personal Training certification is a strong asset
- A genuine interest in fitness, coaching, and helping members achieve their goals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with prospective members both in person and over the phone
- A strong track record of reliability, consistency, and follow-through
- Positive attitude, team mindset, and a coachable nature
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and can be trusted to follow through without constant oversight
