We're looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help run our store and grow our catering business. This is a hands-on role split between leading the team in-store and getting out into the community to bring in new catering customers.

What you'll do

- Supervise, train and motivate staff; help with hiring and onboarding
- Help run daily operations and keep customer service standards high
- Handle scheduling, payroll, POS, cash and basic bookkeeping
- Manage inventory and ordering to control costs and reduce waste
- Visit local businesses, clinics, dealerships, schools and sports clubs to introduce our catering menu
- Follow up on leads, track visits, and turn new clients into repeat customers
- Work with the kitchen team so every catering order goes out right
- Ensure food safety, health and company standards are met

What we're looking for
- Experience in restaurant, retail or supervisory roles
- Confident,



outgoing and comfortable with sales and cold visits
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with POS, cash handling and scheduling
- Able to stay positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Bilingual or multilingual is a plu
