As an Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the store. This is a hands-on position where you will work alongside your team on the floor, lead by example, and help create an excellent experience for both customers and employees.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the team during your assigned shifts (openings or closings).
- Help manage daily store operations, including customer service, food preparation, cleanliness, and safety
- Work hands on alongside team members to keep the store running efficiently
- Coach, train, and develop new and existing team members
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work workplace
- Ensure Domino’s standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met
- Assist with inventory, food preparation, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Help manage labour and staffing during shifts
- Address customer concerns professionally and find solutions
- Support the General Manager with store goals, sales, and operational performance
- Step into a leadership role and take responsibility for the store when required

What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is an asset




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
