As an Assistant Media Planner , you will play an integral role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across a variety of channels. Working closely with planners, supervisors, and activation teams, you will help transform client business objectives into effective media strategies that drive measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about consumer behavior, passionate about media and marketing, and eager to build a strong foundation within one of Canada's leading media agencies. You'll gain exposure to media planning, research, analytics, budgeting, and campaign stewardship while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and media partners. Assist the Planners and Supervisors in managing and executing approved plans across all media Assist in the development and organization of supportive data and media research for plans and recommendations Manage contracts/ insertion orders and any resulting revisions with media vendors through our campaign stewardship platforms:



Responsible for addressing discrepant media invoices Assist with billing process Update competitive media reports and technical support for presentation materials Bachelor's degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure At Spark Foundry, you'll have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, work on exciting client portfolios, and develop the skills needed to grow into a successful media planning professional. Hands‑on experience supporting integrated media campaigns across digital, social, search, video, audio, and traditional channels. Exposure to leading media planning, research, reporting, and billing platforms.
