Supervisor/Assistant Manager – Food Service

We are looking for an energetic Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and coaching.
- Oversee food preparation, quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Manage POS systems, cash handling, and daily restaurant operations.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and food storage.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant or food service supervisory experience.
- Strong food preparation and food safety knowledge.
- POS and cash-handling experience; Micros POS is an asset.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Restaurant management, barista, or hotel experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
