timely, and skilled manner. Working as a service advisor when needed based on scheduling and customer flow along with assisting and supporting the growth of the rest of the service advisor team.

Motivate and train all service department staff. Assignappropriate tasksto department staff in the absence of the Service Manager. Participate in the planning of department policies andobjectiveswith the Service Manager.

Understand, keep abreast of, andcomply withFederal,Provincialand local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal. Must follow Company safety policies and practices, andimmediately, reportany and allaccidents to a Manager/Supervisor. This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
