Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service
- Ability to sell sports equipment in a proficient manor, willing to train the right candidate.
- Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and time management to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance
- Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and pricing accuracy
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
- Monitor store inventory levels through purchasing and bookkeeping activities to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
