Position Overview

The Associate Client Executive supports the overall client strategy and day-to-day relationship management for assigned accounts while developing advisory, portfolio management, and commercial insurance expertise. Working closely with Client Executives, Brokers, and internal service teams, the Associate Client Executive helps coordinate client communications, renewal activities, and service delivery to ensure client needs are met and account strategies are effectively executed. This role is ideal for an insurance professional seeking to build strong client management skills and progress toward full portfolio ownership.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the management of client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Participate in client meetings, renewal discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Assist in understanding client operations, exposures, and risk management objectives.
- Support issue resolution and ensure timely follow-up on client requests.
- Assist in the development and execution of account strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Support renewal planning and placement activities in partnership with Brokers and Client Executives.
- Contribute to coverage reviews and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Support retention and growth initiatives within assigned accounts.
- Assist with account reviews, reporting, and financial management activities.




- Monitor account activity and support revenue growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Brokers and internal service teams to ensure timely execution of account activities.
- Coordinate client communications and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and renewal materials.
- Ensure information is shared accurately and efficiently across the account team.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

- Level II Insurance License required.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and client service practices.
- Proficient with insurance management software such as EPIC.
- CIP, CAIB, CRM, or equivalent professional designation considered an asset.

Compensation

Purves Redmond Limited is committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $75,000–$90,000. This range reflects the expected hiring range for the position and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit. Additional compensation, where applicable, may include performance-based incentives, commissions, or bonuses.
