Duties

- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal analysis
- Draft clear, accurate, and persuasive legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing for negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Review and analyze legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Support the negotiation process by preparing proposals, summaries, and relevant documentation
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible




- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that align with client objectives and legal standards

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Robust research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis or similar legal research platforms
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal documents
- Demonstrated ability to draft various legal texts accurately and effectively
- Solid understanding of negotiation techniques and principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
