Luxottica is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical protocols and deliver exceptional patient care at the point of service. You will partner with the Store Manager and field leadership to create a safe, motivating workplace and ensure accurate diagnoses and patient-friendly recommendations.

You will coach Associate Doctors on protocols, manage audits, and help develop staff to meet sales, service, and quality targets while maintaining compliant, high standards of eyecare.
