The Corporate Risk

Solutions (CRS) Group is part of the Global Markets, Sales and Trading business. The Global CRS team covers clients spanning government, public and private companies from TD Securities Corporate and Investment Bank, and TD Commercial and Business Bank. The products structured by the team encompass solutions interest rate, currency and other risk exposures our clients may encounter.

The Corporate Risk

Solution team is a franchise business that acts as a 'trusted advisor' by educating, assisting and executing for our clients with tailored solutions for their risk management needs. Cover a portfolio of clients for their interest rate derivatives needs, with a focus on our Commercial accounts Support and facilitate the day-to-day client coverage requirements in collaboration with other team CRS team members, including trading and Commercial Banking partners Collect information from the various sales and trading desks to help formulate daily client commentary Help prepare presentations for various marketing and educational efforts Use and develop data analytics tools to analyze market trends and activity Liaise with internal partners, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Credit, Investment Banking, Equities, Fixed Income and FX to align with our strategic objectives Work experience in the financial service industry is required along with, but not limited to, the following: ~ Strong written and oral communication skills in both English ~ MBA, CPA,



FRM and/or CFA considered assets ~ Strong knowledge and understanding of a range of Financial Products including Equity, FX, Fixed Income, Money Markets, or Interest Rate Derivatives ~Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis including Artificial Intelligence tools Develop and deploy VBA and Python-based automation tools to streamline desk workflows and improve reporting efficiency ~ Understand and comply with TD Policies, regulatory and compliance requirements TD Securities offers a wide range of capital markets products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients who choose us for our innovation, execution, and experience.
