Role Description The Associate Portfolio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, ON. This role supports the management of client investment portfolios through research, analysis, and ongoing monitoring of market conditions, securities, and asset allocation.

The Associate Portfolio

Manager assists in executing trades, preparing portfolio reviews, and contributing to investment recommendations that align with client objectives and risk profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations for client meetings, maintaining accurate portfolio records, and collaborating with senior advisors to implement investment strategies.



The role also involves responding to internal and client inquiries, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of investment processes.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and assess risk-return profiles.
- Finance knowledge, with understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and economic drivers.
- Portfolio Management and Investments experience or coursework, including asset allocation and security selection.
- Familiarity with Trading processes, order execution, and trade settlement within a regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; progress toward or completion of CFA, CIM or similar designation is an asset.
- Proficiency with portfolio management and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling, investment research platforms).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain investment concepts to diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to client-focused service in a collaborative team setting.
