As Team

Lead, Engineering Management, you will oversee approximately 20 Engineering Managers within the Engineering Management Office. Your focus will be on fostering excellence through mentoring, promoting best practices, and enabling continuous improvement across projects. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive successful project execution and build organizational capability. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Managers
- Promote engineering management best practices and tools
- Support compliance with governance and project standards




- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Enhance efficiency through process improvement efforts Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years in engineering or project delivery
- P.Eng. designation preferred, PMP certification a plus
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred Drive engineering excellence and project success at AtkinsRéalis through effective team leadership and strategic guidance.
