- Effectively execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Repair vehicles per insurance guidelines and quality standards
- Inspect and disassemble vehicles for damage assessment
- Repair or replace vehicle parts and electrical components
- Shadow a licensed technician for hands-on experience

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of post-secondary Auto Body Repair program
- Minimum 1 year of Auto Body Technician experience
- Valid driver’s license and personal toolbox necessary
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG) preferred
