We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repair Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of how vehicles are put together and a passion for autobody repair. This role involves pre inspection, dismantling, and reassembling vehicles while providing exceptional customer service. The Repair Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Pre wash, Pre scan and check in vehicles
- Meticulously disassemble vehicles for repair
- Provide photos and accurate supplements when necessary.
- Check accuracy of new parts
- Reassemble vehicles with the utmost care and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to meet repair deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong tool knowledge with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models.
- Experience in the autobody trade is a plus but not required.
