TD Insurance, part of TD Bank Group, is seeking an Auto Claims Advisor for our Ajax, Ontario location. You will guide customers through the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise, ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end claims management, coordinating towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals, and maintaining detailed documentation. A minimum of 2 years in auto claims and solid communication are preferred.
