Hourly Wage: $18.75/hour

Benefits and Expectations

WE do not require years of previous experience in this field. We accept both beginners and experienced, giving everyone equal opportunity to gain experience. Hence, we will also offer necessary training, lessons, and expectations of the company. The company vehicle will be used for business hours and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough and deep cleaning, polishing, and detailing vehicles at designated sites.
- Use the right specialized cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment safely.
- Vehicle inspections for damages to communicate to the owners/holder.
- Provide customer service by explaining detailing processes and addressing customer questions and concerns with outstanding attention.
- Manage provided schedule efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at designated locations.
- Maintain cleanliness of all tools and equipment,



ensuring they are in safe condition for each job.
- Complete work/paper reports and record services performed for vehicles.

Job Locations and Vehicles Serviced The company is based mainly in Niagara Falls. The job sites varies depending on the type of work assigned, as our serviced vehicles includes the following:

- Fleet and business vehicles
- Government vehicles, including police vehicles
- Residential vehicles
- Dealership vehicles

- Ability to utilize professional operational power tools.
- Ability to acquire knowledge and informations, and effectively apply them accurately.
- Ability to adopt service procedures well.
- Ability to handle customer service professionally, proficiently, and in a friendly manner. Customer satisfaction is a must.
- Ability to efficiently perform tasks independently and collectively.
- Ability to be closely attentive to details and ensure vehicles meet the proper cleanliness standard.
- Ability to maintain physical performance for a prolonged period of time.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and eloquently to interact with team and customers.
- Ability to manage time promptly.
- Ability to organize materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements/Preferences

- Valid G Class Licence with a clear record of driving history
- Reliable transportation to travel to the designated business site
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
