ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet customers upon arrival and check-in vehicles to our Service Department;
- Install seat covers and floor mats into customer vehicle;
- Assist in the management of service waiters;
- Assure a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Efficiently and correctly promote the dealership service department.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Excellent customer service skills;
- A valid G driver’s licence;
- A clean driver’s abstract;
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs;
- Previous automotive service experience is an asset.
