Job Summary As a Financial Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in our dealership’s success by managing and growing the finance department. You will guide customers through the financing process, ensure full regulatory compliance, and contribute to dealership profitability through effective presentation of financial products.





Your Primary Responsibilities

- Negotiate and secure financing for vehicle purchases, including evaluating credit, submitting loan applications, and presenting financing options.
- Offer and clearly explain the benefits of aftermarket products, including warranty and insurance coverage.
- Maintain full compliance with all federal, provincial, and local automotive financing regulations.
- Ensure your VSA license is current and in positive standing.
- Accurately complete all finance and insurance paperwork and ensure timely submission.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to structure deals that provide value for both the customer and the dealership.
