Leavens Volkswagen is growing, and we are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Concierge to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, client support, banking, telecommunications, service advising, or another people-focused industry who is ready to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

You do not need previous automotive experience to succeed here. If you enjoy helping people, asking thoughtful questions, staying organized, following up, and creating great customer experiences, we will provide the training, coaching, and support to help you become a confident automotive sales professional.

As an Automotive Sales Concierge, you will welcome and guide customers through their vehicle-shopping journey—from the first online inquiry, phone call, or dealership visit through to vehicle delivery and ongoing follow-up. You will combine excellent customer service with a consultative sales approach to help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

This is a commission-based sales position with a competitive earning opportunity.

Expected annual earnings: $70,000–$120,000

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers in person, by phone, and through online inquiries with a warm, professional, and helpful approach
- Build rapport and ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s transportation needs, lifestyle, budget, and priorities
- Guide customers through vehicle options, features, test drives, trade-in conversations, and purchase decisions
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and confidently answer customer questions
- Create customized, professional vehicle walkaround videos for online and phone-in customers, showcasing the specific vehicle they are interested in and tailoring the presentation to their needs, questions, and priorities
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, and walk-in customers




- Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospective and existing customers
- Create a smooth, organized, and enjoyable vehicle-buying experience from first contact to delivery
- Work collaboratively with managers, finance personnel, service teams, and colleagues to support a positive customer experience
- Develop long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Meet personal and team sales goals while representing Leavens Volkswagen with honesty, professionalism, and integrity

What You Bring We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, coachable, and motivated by helping customers.

You may be a great fit if you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, client support, call centres, banking, insurance, service advising, or another role where you built relationships and helped people make decisions.

- Confidence speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and digitally
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
- The ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple customer conversations at once
- Comfort working toward goals in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Interest in building a long-term career in automotive sales
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- A valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset




- OMVIC licence, or the ability to obtain one before starting
- Previous automotive or commission-sales experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are prepared to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and customer-first mindset.
