We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented, proven sales closer to join our team at Truck Town. This is an opportunity for a true sales professional who genuinely enjoys selling, thrives on competition and takes pride in turning opportunities into results. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs while delivering an exceptional sales experience.

You will be expected to actively pursue business, follow up relentlessly and never let a potential sale slip away. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven salesperson who knows how to build relationships, earn trust, overcome objections and, most importantly, close the deal. You are comfortable generating your own business, following up with leads, staying in contact with previous customers and looking for every opportunity to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest inventory, promotions, and industry trends.




- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry. Used vehicle sales a huge asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
