Job Summary

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team, who will act as a vital bridge between customers and the service department, ensuring clear and effective communication at every stage.

This role entails providing accurate and detailed service estimates, efficiently scheduling appointments, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, coupled with a solid understanding of automotive systems and services.

Job Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately document customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Provide service recommendations and explain repairs and maintenance clearly
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently during the repair and maintenance process
- Review and explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Communicate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of work
- Maintain current knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and policies

- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction




- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with customer systems and software. CDK Experience is a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills
- G Driver's Licence with a clean abstract
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
