We're growing and are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant who is motivated to earn an excellent income while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
- Follow up with customers and prospects using phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives.
- Appraise trade-ins and present purchase options.
- Work closely with Sales Management and our Finance team to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding service.

What We're Looking For
- Valid OMVIC License (Required)
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills




- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology
- A genuine passion for helping customers

Work-Life Balance
