About the Role: We are searching for a highly organized, driven, and customer-focused Service Advisor to be the face of Pairs Auto. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond the front desk. In addition to managing the front office and ensuring a seamless experience for our walk-in customers, you will actively step outside the shop to build relationships with new customers and local fleet clients to drive business to our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Actively approach new prospective customers and visit local fleet operators to generate new repair, maintenance, and business for the shop.
- Customer Service: Greet incoming customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and provide exceptional, transparent service throughout their visit.
- Estimates & Inside Sales: Translate technician findings into clear, easy-to-understand estimates, explaining repair needs and pricing effectively to secure approvals.
- Scheduling & Workflow: Manage the shop diary, book appointments efficiently, and dispatch jobs to technicians to maximize workflow across our 11-hoist shop.
- Front Office Management: Handle billing, invoicing, processing payments, and general administrative duties.
- Communication:



Keep customers and fleet managers updated on their vehicles' status in a timely, professional manner.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in an automotive service environment, but not a requirement. We are highly willing to train the right driven and personable candidate!
- Language: Full proficiency in English is strictly required (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Business to Business (B2B) Skills: Comfortable with proactive outreach, relationship building, and pitching services to fleet managers and new clients.
- Licensing: A valid driver's license is required for travelling to visit fleet clients.
- Skills: Highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with basic math and billing.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and operate our shop management systems.
