Customer Greeter & Valet / Car Wash Attendant

Plaza Kia Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Plaza Kia is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Greeter & Valet / Car Wash Attendant who enjoys meeting people and helping customers feel welcome, informed, and cared for.

The primary focus of this role is greeting customers and providing attentive valet service. Vehicle washing and preparation are also part of the position and support the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers promptly and professionally when they arrive.
- Listen to customers’ needs, provide explicit directions, and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and other dealership staff to keep customer arrivals and vehicle pickups running smoothly.
- Safely move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
- Handle vehicle keys carefully and follow dealership procedures.
- Wash, dry, and complete light interior cleaning of vehicles as required.
- Help keep customer arrival areas, vehicle staging areas, and the wash area clean, organized, and safe.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to customers.




- A welcoming manner and a commitment to courteous, respectful service.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and care when handling customers’ vehicles.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work cooperatively in a busy dealership.
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicles operated, as driving is an essential duty.
- The ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, working outdoors, and vehicle cleaning, with accommodation where required.
- Customer service experience in a dealership, hospitality, retail, or a similar setting is an asset.
