You will help grow sales and guide customers, resellers and distributors toward solutions that meet their needs, working closely with our engineering team.

Your responsibilities

- Develop business opportunities and schedule meetings with existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities
- Support resellers and our distribution network
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop custom solutions
- Represent Ferndale at trade shows and industry events

What skills do you have

- Experience in sales and technical sales representation
- A college diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is an asset
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Initiative,



organization and consistent follow-through, with an energetic and professional approach
- The ability to work as part of a team and an interest in learning about technical products
- Fluency in spoken in English to serve our customers in Canada and the United States
- Availability for regular travel within Canada and the United States
- Valid passport from Canada
