Wednesday - Sunday 5am - 1:30 pm (hours may vary, depending on demand)

Wage: $18-$20 /hour

Minimum 2 years baking experience required, not including school

We are looking for someone to join our quick-paced bakery. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Working with large quantity recipes and following protocols.
- Assisting in various tasks for the bakery, making dessert bases, shaping doughs, sourdough breads, fruit toppings, buttercreams etc
- Working with various vegan food mediums.
- Packaging daily wholesale orders that go out each morning.
- Packaging up frozen in production items such as cakes, croissants, toppings, etc.
- Lifting heavy packages (15+ kg)
- Adhering to proper food handling guidelines and safety protocol.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace (a task shared by everyone on the team)



by tidying the kitchen, sorting/washing dishes, organising stock, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning equipment, and any other duty as needed.
- Must be capable of working independently, ie early morning bake shifts.
